We are carefully monitoring the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic status and continue to be proactive.
These last few months have been challenging, to say the least, but we hope everyone has been safe and that you and all your
families are well.
We have missed You, Parties, and Events. We are ready to “get the party started” again, But SAFELY!!
As the City of St. Louis and surrounding areas is trying to progress through these Phases of re-opening, we are doing
our due diligence. Our top priority is keeping our team, clients, guests, and community safe, while still creating an exciting
and fun experience.
Therefore we have made some updates to our services, procedures, and protocols that we want you to be aware
of before you work with us. Please know that we will continue to evolve our processes based on the current CDC,
State Guidelines, and best practices for navigating in-person events, and our company values.
The below information applies to In-Person Photo Booth Experiences
NEW SAFETY MEASURES BY US:
MASKS: Until further notice our Booth Managers will be wearing a mask that covers their nose and mouth at all times.
(During delivery, Setup During Event, and breakdown)
HEALTH SCREENING: All staff will have their temperature checked prior to working and will not be permitted to work if
high fever, signs or symptoms are present. Required Questionnaire assessing if they have any known symptoms of COVID-19,
share that they may have come into contact with someone who may or does have COVID-19, or have tested positive
for COVID-19 then they will not be permitted to work.
SANITIZE: We will provide complimentary hand sanitizer spray or gel for guests to use before touching props and entering
the photo booth.
DISINFECT/CLEANING: All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized prior to Setup and breakdown.
We will continue to sanitize all equipment with EPA-approved disinfectant wipes(Clorox or Lysol) prior to Setup and breakdown.
PROPS: Until further notice we will only provide handheld prop signs.
No glasses, Masks, Boas or any props that can be worn on the face, head or put near mouth.
RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION: Hart Of The City Photo Booth will always do its best to be flexible and accommodate
any reschedules or event cancellations. Our goal is always to find the best solution for both parties involved. Please call Us

Please be sure that you and your guests practice a safe social distance of 6’ from each other and from our team.
With these best practices in place, we believe our guests will be safely able to enjoy the photo booth and share the good times.
